ABC Teachers are looking for a patient, compassionate individual to join a SEN school in Birmingham as a Learning Support Assistant.As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide small group support to children with a range of SEN NeedsAssist with tailored learning activitiesSupport pupils with emotional regulation, communication and social skillsCreate a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environmentWork alongside teachers, therapists and other support staff in the school The School: A specialist school in Birmingham, supporting children with a range of learning, medical and complex needsProvides a safe, nurturing and highly structured environment where every child is valued, understood and supported to achieve their full potentialHelping every child reach their full academic, social, and emotional potential by adapting to their individual strengths and needs.
