Instead, the focus is on portfolio performance, compliance and long-term occupancy across a high-quality residential estate.The role and responsibilitiesAs Residential Lettings Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day lettings and operational management of circa 600 residential properties, working closely with the Head of Residential Properties.You will oversee a team of 2 Lettings Negotiators and 2 Lettings Administrators, ensuring smooth processes, legal compliance and consistent occupancy levels.Responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day residential lettings activity across the in-house portfolio.
