This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong ACA-qualified accountant with significant group consolidation experience to join a business offering strong career progression and exposure to senior stakeholders.Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of the Group''s financial reporting activities, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely consolidated financial information, statutory reporting, and audit compliance. The role will also play a key part in strengthening financial controls and driving continuous process improvements across the finance function.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial reporting.Manage the production of consolidated accounts across multiple entities.Prepare statutory accounts and ensure compliance with IFRS , US GAAP and UK GAAP.Own the year-end and interim audit processes, acting as the key contact for external auditors.Review and maintain robust balance sheet reconciliations and supporting documentation.Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and governance requirements.Provide technical accounting support across the wider finance team.Support acquisitions, disposals, and integration activities from a reporting perspective.Drive continuous improvement in reporting ..... full job details .....
