Finance Director (Hands-On / Step-Up Opportunity)Manufacturing Shropshire / West Midlands Border On-site 5 days per week We are working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Shropshire, close to the West Midlands border, to appoint a hands-on Finance Director. While the title is Finance Director, this role will particularly suit a Financial Controller or Finance Manager who is ready to take their first step into a Finance Director position. This is a broad, operational finance leadership role within a stable manufacturing environment, offering full ownership of the finance function and close day-to-day interaction with the senior leadership team. This role is based fully on-site, five days per week.
