This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader to join a growing business, managing warehouse activities, driving efficiencies, and ensuring high standards of stock control, customer service, and health and safety.The RoleAs Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse, leading a warehouse team and ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. You will also work closely with third-party storage facilities and internal departments to maintain visibility and control of stock across the business.Working Hours: 08:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Friday Finish: 4:30pm every Friday.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operation of the warehouse.Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team.Oversee goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.Ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.Maintain accurate stock records and carry out regular stock checks.Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, and damages.Coordinate stock movements between suppliers, customers, and external warehouse locations.Liaise with third-party logistics and warehouse providers.Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Operations teams.Monitor warehouse capacity ..... full job details .....
