Commercial Maintenance Electrician – London

Temp to Perm
£Hourly pay + Van + Fuel Card

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Electrician to join a growing and well-established building services contractor delivering planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties throughout London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician looking for long-term work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position within a busy and expanding business.

The successful candidate will have strong commercial experience and be confident working independently across a range of commercial environments carrying out installations, maintenance, remedial works and fault finding.

Duties Will Include

• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
• Installation of new power and lighting circuits
• 3 phase electrical works
• EICR remedial works
• Lighting replacements and upgrades
• Electrical fault finding and repairs
• Working across commercial buildings throughout London
• Using CAFM systems via phone/tablet to manage job sheets and schedules
• Reporting remedial works and surveying additional works where required

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition
• IPAF Licence
• Testing & Inspection qualification advantageous
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous experience within commercial maintenance
• Strong fault-finding ability
• Experience working on commercial electrical systems
