We are now looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to join the Group Technology and Data team. In this role you will establish and drive the security engineering strategy and capability within the Information Security (''InfoSec'') team, with responsibility to assure adequate security across our estate. Reporting to the Infosec Engineering Lead, you will identify gaps in security, identify root causes, work with stakeholders to remediate software and hardware issues, document processes and procedures, ensure adequate security and work to maintain the Guardian News and Media''s (GNM) secure IT infrastructure. This is a great opportunity to work in a cross-functional and collaborative environment, translating complex and technical security concepts into easily understandable context for stakeholders at all levels.
