What s on Offer Salary: £35,000 £40,000 DOE Working Hours: Mon Thu 8:00am 5:00pm Fri 7:30am 12:30pm (Early Finish) Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme, Life Assurance (2x salary), and EAP Key Responsibilities Promote site HSE compliance with current UK legislation and maintain management systems. Carry out routine workplace inspections, risk assessments, and COSHH assessments. Lead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations with root-cause reporting and corrective actions. Coordinate fire safety, emergency response plans, and site evacuation drills. Chair internal HandS committee meetings and deliver employee onboarding inductions. Track and report HSE KPIs and metrics to management and regulatory bodies. Skills and Experience Background as an EHS Officer, HSE Advisor, or Health and Safety Officer.
