The organisation is a well-established residential property management business focused on delivering high-quality service to leaseholders and clients. The role is fully remote, with site visits and meetings required as necessary. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of property management, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, legal obligations, and internal policies. Role Overview: The Block Manager will oversee a portfolio of approximately residential blocks, comprising around 700 units across Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, and the wider Northern region.
