Contracts Manager - Structural Alterations & Specialist Construction

An experienced Contracts Manager is required to oversee multiple live projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, profitably, on programme, and to the highest standard.

You will play a key role in client management, operational delivery, programme coordination, and commercial performance across a varied portfolio of structural alteration and specialist construction schemes.

To be considered, applicants must demonstrate:

• Minimum 5-6 years'' experience in a Contracts Manager position
• 8+ years'' experience delivering structural alteration projects
• Previous experience working for specialist subcontractors rather than main contractors
• Proven track record delivering projects for Tier 1 Main Contractors such as Mace, Multiplex, Sir Robert McAlpine, Skanska or similar
• Strong working knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract
• Experience using ASTA Powerproject programming software
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills

• Day rate of -500550 depending on experience
• Annual performance-related bonus
