Our client, a well-established group with a reputation for excellence, is looking for a dedicated VDA / Estimator to join their Worcester Accident Repair Centre. Key Responsibilities working as an Estimator / VDA with our client:

• Conducting thorough vehicle damage assessments
• Preparing accurate repair estimates
• Liaising with insurance companies and customers
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Managing repair processes from start to finish

Requirements for this Estimator / VDA role:

• Proven experience as a VDA / Estimator in an accident repair centre
• Audatex/ATA qualification is beneficial but not essential to apply
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
