3-Month Contract Inside IR35 £450 per day (Umbrella) Location: Hybrid (minimum 2 days in the office + site visits)A london based local authority is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a range of refurbishment and fit-out projects within their Libraries Programme.Role OverviewThis role sits within a busy property function responsible for delivering a variety of highly political, complex and community-focused projects. You will manage multiple schemes from early design through to completion, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across Property, Digital Services, and other internal departments.The position requires a confident project manager who can navigate governance structures, coordinate diverse stakeholders and ensure high-quality project outcomes that meet the needs of local residents.Key Responsibilities Manage multiple property refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception to completionPlan and deliver resident engagement activities, ensuring community input shapes project designWork within local authority governance frameworks, ensuring full complianceBuild strong working relationships across departments and with external consultants and contractorsLead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and driving projects forwardMonitor project risks, budgets and timelines, ensuring successful delivery Requirements Proven experience delivering property projects, refurbishments or fit-outsStrong understanding of local government environments
