With an experienced local team and a strong understanding of the social housing sector, their North West team continues to build long term partnerships and deliver projects that make a positive difference to residents.DescriptionTake commercial responsibility for planned refurbishment contracts from start to finish.Manage contract performance, budgets, costs, forecasting and financial reporting.Prepare and manage valuations, applications for payment, variations and final accounts.Monitor project costs, margins, cash flow and commercial performance.Manage and negotiate subcontractor accounts, procurement and payments.Identify commercial risks and opportunities and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and operational teams to ensure successful contract delivery.Develop and maintain strong relationships with housing associations, local authorities, clients and supply chain partners.Ensure contractual obligations are understood and effectively managed.Lead commercial ..... full job details .....
