Continuous Improvement Practitioner Employment Type: Permanent Hours: 38 hours per week Salary: Up to 40,000 per annum dependent on experience Location: Durrington and other sites within the region four times a week and one day WFH per week. The Continuous Improvement Practitioner is responsible for driving a continuous improvement mindset by collaborating with the Operational Control team identifying opportunities to improve, demonstrating the benefits and value each opportunity will deliver, and driving delivery of improvements in an effectively prioritised way. The successor will build effective relationships across the Operational Control Centre and wider operational teams to identify and prioritise opportunities to improve and/or embed what is successful and will provide the biggest end-to-end improvement to our environmental, operational and customer performance. The successor will utilise relevant methodologies to remove waste, propose efficiencies and improve processes, building the foundations of a continuous improvement culture within Southern Water, targeted towards the Operational Control Centre and considering interconnected cross-functional departments.
