Facades Talent Group are working with an established and growing fa ades contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a background in fa ades, cladding, re-cladding or the wider building envelope sector. The contractor delivers a variety of projects including new build, refurbishment, remedial works and re-cladding across the commercial, residential and public sectors. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of fa ade projects on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Contracts Manager, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day site activities. Supervising site teams and subcontractors. Monitoring progress against the project programme. Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications. Coordinating deliveries, materials and site logistics. Carrying out regular quality inspections. Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site. Attending site meetings and providing progress updates. Managing subcontractor performance and productivity.
