Youll ensure key systems (with a particular focus on the Group ERP system) are managed, secure and maintained to deliver value for the business against key strategic outcomes. Youll work closely with the senior leadership team to drive digital transformation and the delivery of key technology solutions whilst managing a small team and outsourced managed service partners. Youll be degree qualified (in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or any related technical discipline) with significant experience of leadership of digital technology and data functions within medium to large-scale environmentsYoull have broad technology and digital knowledge across enterprise-level data management, cloud technologies, cyber security and digital transformationPrevious experience of delivering major ERP implementations, mergers and acquisitions and integration programmes would be highly desirableYoull have a proven track record of managing diverse technology teams and 3rd party vendors as well as a track record of delivering key transformational projects and programmesWith significant growth opportunities on the horizon this presents a unique opportunity for a skilled leader to impact meaningful change for an organisation primed for substantial growth.Employment type
