Scientific Account Manager
We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager/ Project Co-ordinator for a scientific laboratory in the midlands. Candidates must have a degree in materials science (or similar Scientific degree) and have experience in physical testing or chemistry testing of materials. This role would suit a recent graduate looking for a non-lab based role or a scientist/ Laboratory Analyst/ Technician looking for a customer facing project manager role. The role: As a project co-ordinator/ Account Manager you will manage several projects liaising directly with the customer to advice and plan testing of their products. Duties include: Schedule product testing and ensure all projects are completed on time. Be the primary point of contact for customers. Using your knowledge advise customers on the testing required and communicate results back to them. Support/ write project reports and check technical data. Manage client queries Ideal candidates will have excellent organisational and time management skills.
