About the role: You''ll help us shape the future for our Early Careers (EC) cohorts by managing a delivery portfolio of new entrant development programmes. This includes analysis, planning, training programme design and development, delivery, evaluation and provision of individual learning and pastoral support from welcome and induction to first post deployment. Reporting into the Early Careers manager you''ll be part of a small but mighty team, adding value across the business. You''ll work closely with multiple stakeholders , to successfully deliver our development programmes across Drax.
