This is an excellent opportunity for someone with school-based finance experience.Key Responsibilities:Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments in line with school financial proceduresAssist in budget monitoring and provide administrative support to the School Business ManagerMaintain accurate records of income, expenditure, and financial transactionsLiaise with suppliers, staff, and external agencies regarding financial queriesSupport the preparation of financial reports for leadership and governorsEnsure compliance with all school finance and audit policiesRequirements:Previous experience working in a school finance or administrative role (SIMS/FMS experience desirable)Strong numeracy and IT skills, particularly in ExcelHigh attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entryExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEnhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)What the School Offers:Full-time, term-time hours: 8:30am - 4.30pm, Monday to FridaySupportive school
