Director Project Management MRICS – Office Fit Out. The role leads a growing Technical team within a forward-thinking property consultancy that provides end-to-end solutions across commercial real estate and residential markets.Key Responsibilities

Strategic LeadershipDeliver the Technical team’s strategy in line with company objectivesDrive revenue growth through pipeline management and commercial performanceLead on process improvements, reporting, and CRM adoptionPromote collaboration across teams to achieve shared goalsMentor senior staff and surveyors, setting technical and delivery standardsFoster a culture of professional growth and continuous learningSupport succession planning and capability development across the teamProject DeliveryOversee multiple projects, ensuring consistent quality and commercial alignmentEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfactionAct as a trusted advisor to senior-level clients, influencing key decisionsProvide oversight and guidance to project managers and junior staffClient Strategy and Business DevelopmentLead client relationship management within the departmentDrive business development through market insights and proactive networkingRepresent the consultancy externally, enhancing reputation and visibilityIdentify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and workflowsUse technology to deliver efficiency and better client outcomesAbout You

The ideal candidate will bring:Extensive experience managing large-scale Office project management contracts (traditional and design-and-build)Strong Consultancy BackgroundStrong understanding of client needs in the commercial real estate and workplace strategy spaceProven track record of winning work and developing client relationshipsLeadership experience with a collaborative and mentoring styleStrategic mindset with strong commercial acumenExperience with CRM systems and workflow optimisationCommitment to driving DEandI and sustainability initiativesWorking Arrangements
