They are a lovely company and team fit is the most critical.This is a full time role, however if you are someone who would want 4 days a week, then this is something that can be considered for the right person.ResponsibilitiesManage a small team of accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control, supporting, encouraging and ensuring everything is running how it should.Team reviews and managing the team from a HR perspective.Maintaining the general ledger accountsAccruals and prepaymentsFixed asset and depreciation schedulesImplement and maintain internal controls to safeguard the businessFinancial reportingWorking closely with other departments to ensure a joined up approachPreparing monthly financial statements in accordance with accounting standardsExperienceYou will need to have proven experience in managing a transactional teamIt would be great if you have ACCA or some of ACCA or ACA but QBE or AAT is fineGood systems and advanced/intermediate ExcelExcellent attention to detailCalm and able to work under pressureGood communicatorAbility to meet deadlinesThe role is office based so you really need
