The successful Chef de Partie should have: A passion for high quality food and local produce, willing to learn and development knowledge and skills. A strong understanding of food hygiene regulations, incorporating Assured Safe Catering, Allergen Management, COSHH, HASAW, HACCP. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills Excellent communication skills Knowledge of food preparation, food service, kitchen and bar operations. In this role, the Chef de Partie will be responsible for: Assisting the Head Chef in developing new dishes and menu items. Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards. Assist with food preparation and ensure dishes are served promptly. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
