JOB TITLE: Multi Trade Operative - Kitchen FitterLOCATION: EastleighSALARY: Up to £37,425 DOE + van + benefitsDURATION: 12 week Temporary to go to Perm104061The Employer:We are looking to fill the role of a Multi Trade Operative - Kitchen Fitter within a housing environment, Our client is ambitious and have a huge 5 year plan which we are seeking an MTO to assist with, their main aim is to create a sustainable future for social housing, building new homes and investing in existing ones creating vibrant, thriving communities.The Role:To deliver an efficient, compliant, and consistently high standard of repairs service, ensuring that customer satisfaction is at the heart of every job you complete Fault fixing, maintenance and repair to customer propertiesCompleting a wide variety carpentry, plumbing and other trade tasks at multiskilled level and in accordance with the Skills Awards L2/3 NVQ Diploma in Maintenance Operations or equivalent. Tasks include plumbing, carpentry and masonry both internally and externallyTo liaise with customers and other colleagues, as appropriate, to ensure all relevant individuals are aware of progress and action takenAssess and carry out works needed for tenantsAlways ensuring that all works comply with relevant health and safety legislation, policies and procedures in the performance of the duties of the post.
