This hands-on Garden Maintenance Team Leader role would suit a reliable, knowledgeable gardener who takes pride in maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces. Experience working on premium residential developments, luxury hotels, private estates or prestigious commercial schemes would be particularly relevant. Garden Maintenance Team Leader Responsibilities Organise daily garden maintenance tasks and lead by example. Carry out planting, pruning, weeding, feeding and seasonal maintenance. Monitor plant health, identify pests and diseases, and recommend improvements. Check irrigation systems and watering requirements. Support colleagues and maintain consistently high presentation standards. Liaise professionally with clients and building management teams. Work safely and considerately around residents and building users.
