Our Hertfordshire based client is seeking a driven, commercially minded and experienced Senior SEO andamp; GEO Specialist, to join their fast-paced team. Ideally onsite or hybrid (min. 3 days pw onsite). The successful candidate will take ownership of organic search strategies across a diverse client portfolio, combining traditional SEO expertise with cutting-edge Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) to drive visibility, traffic and measurable growth. What you will be doing: Developing and delivering SEO andamp; GEO strategies across multiple client accounts. Optimising websites for Google, AI Overviews, SearchGPT and Perplexity. Conducting technical SEO audits, keyword research and competitor analysis. Managing on-page optimisation, local SEO and ethical link-building campaigns. Tracking performance through GA4 and Google Search Console. Building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities. What we are looking for: Proven SEO experience within a digital marketing agency. Strong technical SEO skills, including HTML, CSS and WordPress. Knowledge of AI-driven search and emerging GEO techniques. Experience managing multiple client accounts and delivering measurable results. Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive, creative mindset with a genuine passion for digital marketing.
