A fast-growing technology company entering an exciting new phase is looking for a Finance Manager to join their growing team. This role will require the Finance Manager to have full ownership of the month-end process whilst also being responsible for process improvements and implementations. This is a hybrid role based in Chigwell. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts (accruals and prepayments)Prepare profit and loss statementsResponsible for balance sheet reconciliation and cash flow analysisReconcile the bank accounts on a monthly basisPrepare balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basisPresent financial information in a clear, non-technical formatAssist in preparation of quarterly VAT returnsAssist with process implementation and improvements Assist with annual auditWhat we are looking for:Fully Qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)Experience in a similar role (Finance Manager/Senior Management Accountant)Confident with process improvements and implementations Experience managing a team is beneficial Able to commute to Chigwell Strong Excel and system skillsBy applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
