What You''ll Be Doing

As a Cover Supervisor, you''ll play a key role in keeping learning on track when teachers are absent. You will:

• Lead classes and support students'' learning using pre-prepared lessons
• Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment
• Manage behaviour confidently and professionally
• Ensure continuity of learning across a variety of subjects

Subjects You Could Cover

Experience & Qualifications

We welcome candidates with:

• Experience working with young people (school-based or similar)
• A degree or strong academic background (preferred, not essential)
• Current safeguarding training (desirable - training can be provided)

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Two recent professional references
