A leading and growing cost consultancy are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London, Farringdon.The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a leading and growing cost consultancy with a strong pipeline of work. You would be joining a young, ambitious and hard-working team of around 70 Quantity Surveyors in London. Their bread and butter is Commercial projects, mainly working on CAT A and CAT B fit-out including cut and carve projects. The QSs also support other sectors including Education, Healthcare, Hotels, Leisure, Mixed use, Offices, Public Building, Residential and Science.You will lead projects and develop junior staff with a progression pathway within the company.Responsibilities

BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degreePreferably MRICSExperience within the built environmentExperience within a private practice / consultancyStrong pre- and post-contract knowledgeBenefits
