This role will focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales, takings, and banking transactions, while helping to reduce a backlog of unreconciled items.Key Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve unreconciled cash, unmatched transactions, and discrepancies across takings and bankingReconcile POS data, bank statements, and Oracle/Open Accounts ledgersProduce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting using Power BIPrepare journals and support accurate general ledger reportingLiaise with internal finance teams and operational sites to resolve queriesIdentify and support process improvements within the cash and banking cycleSupport ad hoc reconciliation and reporting tasks as requiredSkills and Experience Required:Proven experience in bank reconciliations or similar transactional finance rolesStrong working knowledge of Oracle Financials (EBS or Fusion); Open Accounts experience beneficialAdvanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis)Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environmentsStrong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet tight deadlinesConfident communicator, able to work with finance and non-finance stakeholdersDesirable:Studying towards AAT or equivalentStr
