This is a role working for a company who offer long term work and a stable job.Location: NorthamptonShift: Monday-Thursday 7:00am-7:00pmPay Rate: 14.42 - 15.30 per hourDuties: Safe and efficient operation of the extrusion and pelletising line in line with company procedures and product requirements.Loading the Extrusion Machine and removal of the finished product.Set and adjust machine controls including start up and shut down processes.Identify and record non-conformance, defects and production failures.Basic machine maintenance and cleaning.Extruder run time.Material produced per shift (KG PP Pellets) reporting.Completion of check forms and defect reporting.The ideal candidate must:A positive attitude and eagerness to learnAbility to work efficiently as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and willingness to take on new challengesPrevious experience in a production environment is essential - bespoke training will be provided!If this role sounds of interest to you then please apply with an up to date CV.
