This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in education, graduates considering a teaching career, or experienced Cover Supervisors seeking flexible work. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring pupils remain on task and classroom behaviour is managed in line with school policies.
