We are looking for motivated and people-focused professionals to join a growing Connect to Work team across the Wirral. You will support individuals with disabilities and health-related conditions to overcome barriers, build confidence and progress towards sustainable employment. Working out in the community, you will manage your own caseload and provide personalised, one-to-one employment support. You will get to know each individual, understand their goals and challenges, and provide the practical support and encouragement they need to move forward.
