With a strong reputation in the food and experience-led events space, the company is expanding and looking for a skilled HR generalist to support this growth journey.The role:We''re looking for a confident and proactive HR Manager to provide full-spectrum generalist HR support to our operational teams and Head Office. You will work closely with senior managers, offering expert advice and ensuring consistent application of HR practices across the business. This role does not cover payroll, recruitment, or LandD – instead, the focus is on core HR processes, employee relations, systems, and compliance.Lead and manage employee relations cases across all levels, ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomesSupport department heads with performance management, disciplinary, grievance, and absence processesMaintain and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and employee documentationOversee the HR administration function, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee recordsAct as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance and coaching to line managersMonitor and manage HR-related budgets in line with business proceduresDrive and support change management initiatives and HR projects aligned with business goalsFoster a positive, compliant, and inclusive working environmentExperienceCIPD Level 5 or above (essential)Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practicesProven experience in a fast-paced hospitality or entertainment environment (essential)Experience managing complex ER issues and working closely with senior stakeholdersComfortable working autonomously, with excellent attention to detail and discretionStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSolution-oriented with a practical, hands-on approach
