Love being on the move, meeting new people and delivering outstanding service every day? At Ocado Logistics, our Customer Service Team Members do far more than simply deliver groceries. They are the trusted face of our business, helping create thousands of positive customer experiences every week. Whether it''s delivering a family''s weekly shop, helping a customer with their bags, or simply arriving on time with a friendly smile, our CSTMs play a vital role in building the relationships that keep customers choosing Ocado. While other companies may call this a Delivery Driver role, we see it differently. Our Customer Service Team Members combine safe, professional driving with genuine customer care. Every delivery is an opportunity to make somebody''s day a little easier and a little better. You''ll work independently on the road, supported by industry-leading technology that plans your routes and pre-loads your van, allowing you to focus on what matters most: delivering great service safely, efficiently and with a positive attitude. Every day you''ll interact with different customers, deliver outstanding service and play an important role in communities across the region.
