We are currently seeking a Registered Manager for a 20 bed elderly residential home based near Stevenage. They are offering the following:Basic salary of £50k + benefits + opportunities to progressThe roleAs a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of a CQC good rated home which supports elderly residents, some with mild dementia. Duties include: Conducting audits and updating care plansOrganising, Training and managing staff (currently 30)Working in conjunction with the Deputy Manager to ensure high standards are achievedEnsure safeguardingSpeak to medical professionals and families The PersonWe need someone who has managed a residential care home for elderly in the past. You must have a NVQ level 5 in care.
