Who are we?Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, theres a kids club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a hosted home, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie to join our exceptional Culinary team.The on target earning potential for this role is £37,685.43 per annum based on a 45 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £30,685.43 plus a qualified estimate of £7,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.Here''s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:You will be preparing and cooking delicious food for our Brasserie, Glasshouse Restaurant, Chinese speciality restaurant, Members Club private restaurant or In Room Dining.You will be involved in full preparation of all aspects of the kitchen from all day dining, wood fired dishes to speciality Chinese and Japanese cuisine. All of this will include butchery and fish prep.Delivering delicious food and drink, being the heart of what we do. With a focus on simple dishes, using high quality ingredients throughout our menus, delivering service that delights.You will play a key part in delivering the food vision and maintaining the concept for the assigned restaurants, as well as helping to support the senior team with developing innovative menus and identifying new culinary opportunities within Estelle Manor''s standards.Whether it is being responsible for the end-to-end member and guest culinary journey, or being creatively involved in giving each guest a unique experience, you''ll help in creating a memorable culinary experience for all of our guests and members.Maintaining the highest culinary standards through clear communication, recognising performance, embracing change and helping to create a healthy working culture.Who we are looking for?Experience managing the daily operations, set up, standards, operating procedures.Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismaticExcellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skillsPassionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detailA genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.Whats in it for you?At
