Quality and Operational Support Coordinator +6 months + opportunity to go permanent+On site in Newcastle+ 14 - 18.50 ph We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Quality and Operational Support Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support to the Quality Management System (QMS) Manager.The role will support the maintenance of the organisation''s Quality Management System, ensuring documentation and records are accurate, governance processes are followed, and audit findings and improvement actions are tracked through to completion.The successful candidate will be methodical, dependable and comfortable working with structured processes, reviewing evidence and identifying issues that require escalation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the maintenance of the Quality Management System and associated documentation and records.Maintain controlled documents, procedures, governance logs and review schedules.Carry out or support scheduled internal audits using established processes and templates.Complete governance and operational control checks, accurately recording outcomes.Gather and review supporting evidence, identifying gaps or exceptions and escalating issues appropriately.Record and track audit findings, corrective actions and improvement activities through to completion.Support document reviews, Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement activities.Produce routine management information, reports and governance materials.Assist with preparation for ..... full job details .....
