Job Role: CNC Turner




Location: Bolton




Salary: -36,000 - -40,000 per annum (depending on experience)



Metalis are currently working with a global engineering business, who are looking for a skilled CNC Turner to join their team.



Job Duties:

• Set, operate and program CNC Lathes
• Read and work from engineering drawings
• Edit Fanuc G/M codes
• Carry out quality checks on machines parts and components
• Work on one-offs through to large production runs
• Machining a wide range of engineering plastics
• Working in a cell of 5 people. supported by apprentices

Job Requirements:

• Apprentice trained
• Experience with Fanuc or Haas ISO programming
• Manual turning experience (desired)

Salary & Shift:

• -36,000 - -40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Monday to Thursday, 4pm - 2am (some flexibility is available)
• Overtime available and paid at 1.5x
