Undertake lighting repairs, LED upgrades, and replace damaged sockets and fittings. Support Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities including:o Fire alarm and emergency lighting testso Legionella control (e.g. changing TMVs, flushing systems)o Fire door inspections Conduct minor repairs such as decorating, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Maintain accurate records of work, inspections, and compliance checks. Assist with room setups, office moves, and university events.
