You will be based out of their Exeter office and be responsible for supporting and managing client projects to support the growth of the company. The role will involve a mix of project and professional work including contract administration, pre-acquisition surveys and dilapidation work, party wall consultancy, and fire reinstatement valuations in the commercial and residential sectors. Have experience working on commercial Surveys valued up to £500k valueHave experience working on contract admin of commercial projects up to £400k valueBe confident with presentations whether written or verbal and have strong numeracy skills. Have an operational awareness of administrative and project cost management and understand the principals of a commercially focused delivery and the effective use resources. Have the ability to prioritise conflicting workloads and manages own time. Present a professional image especially when client facing and able to d
