We are working with one of our valued clients in the London area and are seeking a skilled and reliable Cook/Chef to join their team immediately. Whether you are looking for weekday shifts, weekend shifts, or a combination of both, we have flexible hours to suit your availability. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in line with menus and customer expectations Maintain a high standard of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness Work as part of a team to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently Ensure food safety and health and safety regulations are adhered to Assist with stock control and order supplies when necessary Contribute to menu planning and recipe development where applicable Provide exceptional service and maintain a positive kitchen environment Requirements: Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a professional kitchen environment Relevant culinary qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Professional Cookery, City and Guilds, or equivalent) Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Team player with excellent communication skills Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude Ability to work weekends (as required) Qualifications Needed: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent) Food Safety Level 2 certification (preferable) First Aid
