Role Purpose: As Finance Assistant, reporting into the Head of Finance, you will manage the escrow administration for techUK and assist the Finance Team in maintaining the accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers. Key Responsibilities Escrow administration: - Maintain accurate data on CRM and excel workbook pertaining to all escrow agreements including renewal dates, Escrow Manager, technical contact and Accounts contacts - Send quotes for annual renewals - Process escrow monthly renewals on CRM and prepare excel workbook for Finance - Maintain source code update details on CRM - Maintain novation''s for IP ownership changes - Amend users per requests based on email terminations or Statutory declarations and up
