Engineering Manager This Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering role isn''t built around maintaining the status quo. It''s an opportunity to take ownership of the engineering function, lead a talented team and influence the technical direction of the business. With responsibility for electronic design, PCB layout, production engineering and manufacturing support, you''ll work closely with the Managing Director and play a central role in shaping both engineering capability and enhancing business performance. Based in the North West of England. BASIC SALARY: £50,000- £55,000 dependant on your relevant experience. BENEFITS: Condensed four-day working week (Monday to Thursday) across 38 hours. 5% company pension. 20 days'' annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by one day a year (to a maximum of 24).
