Providing one-to-one support: Helping a Reception child access the curriculum, engage in play, and settle into school life.Managing personal care: Assisting the child with toileting and nappy changing with dignity, care, and respect.Building confidence: Working closely with the class teacher to adapt activities, helping the child build independence and communication skills.Creating a safe space: Offering a reassuring, consistent presence so the child feels secure and valued throughout the school day.As the successful Teaching Assistant you will be joining a happy and popular two -form entry Primary School in Tower Hamlets.
