The Opportunity As a Support Coordinator, you will become a key point of contact for customers, helping to resolve technical and operational queries while working closely with internal departments to ensure a high standard of service delivery. The position offers genuine scope to develop your technical knowledge and progress within the support function. Main Duties Act as a first point of contact for customers via telephone, email and support ticketing systems. Investigate and resolve customer queries, escalating issues where necessary. Work alongside internal technical and training teams to ensure customer issues are dealt with effectively. Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs within the CRM system. Provide regular updates to customers regarding ongoing support cases. Assist with quality assurance and testing of software enhancements and new releases.
