Albion Search are currently partnering with a regional main contractor who are looking to appoint a Site Manager on a permanent basis, for a project in Leeds City Centre. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-room projects, be able to work as part of a wider management team and have experience either working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors. Roles and Experience Management of trades and sub-contractors Oversight of specific packages on the build Working knowledge of internals packages would be beneficial HandS Inductions Attending progress meetings Senior PM liaison RAMS Package Basic salary of up to 65,000 Car allowance or company car Healthcare Pension Bonus You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card.
