The Engineering Manager in Greater London will lead engineering teams delivering hard FM services across complex sites for a facilities management provider. The role combines technical oversight with client and contractor management.

The Role

As the Engineering Manager, you''ll:

• Lead and develop engineering teams delivering hard FM services.
• Oversee mechanical and electrical systems, including HV/LV infrastructure.
• Maintain standards of statutory compliance, planned preventative maintenance and health and safety.
• Manage client relationships and contractor performance.
• Resolve technical and operational problems across complex sites.

• A strong engineering background in facilities management, ideally with a large FM provider.
• Experience managing engineering teams and delivering hard FM services across complex sites.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, including HV/LV infrastructure.
• Excellent people management and communication skills, with an approachable leadership style.
• Confidence managing clients and contractors, plus knowledge of compliance, PPM and health and safety.
• Ideally, an NVQ Level 4 qualification and HV or LV Authorised Person experience.

• £400–£450 per day.
• 13-week contract.
• Monday to Friday working pattern.
