You''ll also support the Head of Customer Success in shaping and executing strategic objectives, with a clear focus on performance, partnership, and long-term growth. You''ll work between home, Dee Set offices, and client sites -spending a minimum of 3 days per week working in Dee Set head office, or clients offices based in Leeds Key Objectives: Own and grow a portfolio of high-value national retail accounts, ensuring consistent delivery and commercial success.
