Supply Desk is partnering with a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Fareham to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher for a full-time role starting ASAP with strong potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

You’ll be joining a collaborative Maths department where innovation and support go hand-in-hand. You’ll play a key role in delivering engaging and challenging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop confidence, logical reasoning, and a love for numbers.

Whether you''re an experienced teacher, a passionate Early Career Teacher (ECT), or someone with strong relevant experience in secondary Maths education, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan and deliver dynamic and inspiring Maths lessons tailored to varied learning needs.
• Promote critical thinking, resilience, and independent learning.
• Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement.
• Contribute to wider school life – from revision sessions to Maths enrichment clubs.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject (essential).
• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred).
• Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4.
• A passion for making Maths accessible and enjoyable.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
