About the roleTradewind Recruitment is working with welcoming, well-resourced primary schools across Barnet to find experienced Level 3 Early Years Educators for immediate and ongoing placements in Nursery and Reception settings. Roles are available on a full-time or part-time basis.As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will plan and deliver stimulating, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS statutory framework, supporting children''s development across all seven areas of learning. You will take a lead role within the room, working alongside other practitioners and the class teacher to create a safe, nurturing and language-rich environment where every child can thrive.You will carry out observations and assessments using Development Matters, contribute to children''s learning journeys, liaise with parents and carers and support the identification and inclusion of children with SEND and EAL needs under the guidance of the SENCO.What we are looking forLevel 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 3, BTEC National, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) - essentialSolid hands-on experience working in an EYFS setting, ideally Nursery or ReceptionStrong working knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and Development MattersConfident in planning and delivering play-based, child-led learning across all seven areasSkilled in early years observation and assessment, including learning journeys and progress trackingExperience supporting children with SEND and EAL in an ..... full job details .....
